Keven Refund Policy
We offer all our clients a 5-day free trial to try our product. While we strive to offer the best AI sales rep solutions for personal and small business use, we understand that our service may not be the right fit for everyone.
If you're unsatisfied with our service, you can request a refund within the first 30 days of your first payment after the free trial. This refund will consist of 50% of your initial monthly fee, given the internal costs associated with each user account.
Here's how our refund policy works:
1. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team via email within the first 30 days of your initial subscription payment (post-free trial).
2. Upon receiving the refund request, our team will review the case and if it falls within the stipulated refund policy period and parameters, we will issue a partial refund equal to 50% of your initial monthly subscription fee.
3. The refund will be processed through the original method of payment. Depending on your bank institution’s policy, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

This refund policy applies only to your first subscription payment post the free trial. All other charges are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds 30 days after the initial payment.
